1.  Chevening Scholarship (UK)

Covers: Tuition, flights, visa, living allowance, everything.

There are many other scholarship opportunities that are specific to universities and program; this is usually peculiar to US, Canada and Australia universities.
Some tag it hidden scholarship but they are not hidden; they are there in the school website; you just haven’t made enough research – specific research to discover them.
